Equipment needed: Pair of Dumbbells or Kettlebells (at relatively moderate weight), Long Band at light to medium resistance, Mini Band and Yoga Mat. If you do not have equipment, the class will be tailored to what you have! See this blog for more information on equipment for at-home training
